How much weight can Tapcon screws support?
If I am using 9 tapcon concrete screws to mount a pull-up type board, will it support me?
I would not use Tapcons for that application. Lag screws set in lead shields would be much better, as would wedge anchors. Tapcons are relatively light duty anchors. Don’t risk getting hurt. If you use the lags or wedge anchors, you can probably get by with 4. Hope this helps.
The Fastenal links I am including are for multi packs of each anchor type. You can buy them individually at Home Depot, Lowe’s, or at a hardware store.
